Conscious Connected Breathwork
With 20 years of experience in counselling, I have dedicated our journey to helping individuals navigate through grief and trauma. Each breathwork session reveals the healing resources we possess within ourselves. It is through this practice that we experience creative insights, enhanced clarity, and the ability to trust our intuition. Often, emotions that have been suppressed rise to the surface, allowing for profound healing and growth.
Conscious connected breathwork serves as a gateway to reconnect with our inner selves, leading us towards a path of emotional and physical wellbeing. We are passionate about making this healing practice accessible to everyone, enabling individuals to thrive in their everyday lives.
With over two decades of experience working with trauma, I have honed my skills towards empowering individuals in leading more peaceful, meaningful, and joyful lives. My therapeutic approach is rooted in safety and connection, allowing clients to explore their emotions and experiences in a supportive environment. Completing my training at The Alchemy of Breath has further solidified our commitment to this transformative practice. I invite you to join us on this journey of healing and self-discovery through conscious connected breathwork.
